The best leaders…

The best leaders are never thinking about personal praise. They are consumed with ensuring those on their teams doing great work are acknowledged and given opportunities to continually shine.

I would rather work for a leader focused on my success, and that of the team, then someone self-absorbed and ego driven. One is available and present where another is too busy climbing their own ladder.

Choose wisely as a leader who you want to be because in the end what you do for others is more important than what you do for yourself. 💚
